Since I consider the current Marvel stuff (House of M, Civil War, One More Day, Secret Invasion and Dark Reign) to be a "What If"-like parallel Earth/alternate universe, and the Marvel Adventures line the REAL present-day Marvel, then this means the Marvel Universe has come to an end.

Too true. I imagine that Marvel will probably bring back the original Wasp/Janet Van Dyne character eventually... just give it time.
