Re: Midna BE Story
I second this.
Though as an idea for Nabooru, maybe the curse eventually tries to use her in the way he described to Saria; making her rain cursed milk down for massive infection of a populated area... perhaps her own fortress?

Re: Midna BE Story
I concur with the current census on find Zelda...mind you Impa wouldn't be far off from where Zelda's at...

Re: Midna BE Story
Alright. So... we've had Malon un-cursed. Maybe we should Curse someone new? Or stick with the current ones and focus on those? The new ones could potentially be Zelda or Impa.

Re: Midna BE Story
I'd go with Zelda since she is complaining...it'd be a good to see how Midna would react to seeing a Blonde zelda instead of the one she's used to seeing

Re: Midna BE Story
Real life's catching up on me pretty hard... but I wrote something to move the plot. Sorry guys...
Saria organized her thoughts. ‘Zelda holds the Triforce of Wisdom… if there’s any person I should go to, it’s her,’ she said to herself, turning to Hyrule Castle. She tried not to think of how terrible the situation had become – the Curse was now immensely powerful. She walked at a fairly fast pace, the cold morning wind gently stroking her fairly bare body. She found it unsettling that she was getting used to not wearing a lot of clothing. ‘Ugh… let me just concentrate on the problem at hand…’ she muttered to herself. ‘What if Zelda turns to be Cursed?’ she asked herself. She remembered she was still firmly clutching a bottle – the one that would cure the Curse from who she would choose. ‘I suppose Zelda would have priority for the cure…’ she concluded, but not quite sure of herself. Hyrule Castle was quickly getting nearer, and the cool air made it hard to feel particularly bad – despite how desperate the situation seemed. Saria had begun to reassure herself that, if they would get Zelda’s help, the Curse could be soundly defeated. As she began humming her favorite tune to keep her mood in place, she suddenly noticed two people standing in-between of her and Hyrule Castle. They were hardly twenty yards away, but she had been so deep in thought she hadn’t noticed them at first. She saw that one of them was a pale-skinned woman – and Saria gasped as she saw just how curvaceous a woman it was. She could tell right then that this might be the one the Curse had spoken about. The other was a young man who seemed very familiar to her, strangely enough. She wondered if they might be in league with the Curse, and debated whether she should or should not go speak to them, but she never got the chance to choose. The woman was pointing at her and said something, and the two of them came walking in her direction. __ For a few moments, everything went black and Midna wondered what had happened. Then, in a flash, she noticed she stood in a wide open field. Feeling queasy, she fell down to her knees so that the grass stroked her nipples. She was horribly afraid she might be there alone, and jumped up when someone gently touched her shoulder. She turned – and sighed with relief. It was Link, who had followed her. ‘Link, I’m… I don’t know what happened…’ Midna muttered. Link’s face spoke of confusion as well. Midna looked around for any portal through which they might have come, but there was nothing of the sort. Just a huge field under the rising sun. ‘Well… it seems we were guided here by someone… or something,’ she said. She was afraid that it might be the Curse itself – and that seemed like the only logical ‘thing’ in every case. ‘Link, we’re standing right next to a town, connected to a Castle… you don’t think…?’ Midna said, observing the area. ‘It’s… Hyrule Castle Town...?’ Link looked closely at the gate that rose before them. It all did have a familiar feel to it. ‘Maybe we can ask any of the locals. I’m… not really presentable right now…’ Midna said. Her cheeks were quite red, and for good reason – she was completely naked. Link nodded, and turned in the direction of the Castle Town when Midna stopped him. ‘Link, wait. Look over there,’ she said, pointing. Link looked, and noticed a girl approaching. She had an unusual hair color, wore very little and very tight clothing and looked curvy indeed. ‘I’ve seen this girl… in the odd visions I had about the Curse. I think we’ve arrived in that place, that different dimension…’ Midna said, and she felt as though she was in a dream. ‘Let’s go talk to her and find out what we can do!’ she added. Link nodded again, and the both of them went walking in the girl’s direction. They noticed she had stopped walking in their direction, and made a very nervous impression. Link noticed Midna wasn’t entirely comfortable either. As they finally stood in front of her, Midna cleared her throat and tried to begin speaking when Saria began instead. ‘… Link? Is that you?’ she gasped. Link looked very confused indeed, and he and Midna exchanged questioning glances. ‘Oh, sorry… you look a lot like someone I know… an old friend,’ Saria muttered awkwardly. ‘But uh, what did you want to speak with me about?’ Midna cleared her throat again. ‘Well, it’s a long story, but considering how we both look, I think it has told itself already,’ she said. Saria nodded. ‘The Curse… I think he said he had planned a meeting with you,’ Saria said. ‘Said? He said something?’ Midna said, confusedly. ‘Well, the Curse was initially little more than well, a curse… but it has begun manifesting itself in a person of some kind,’ Saria said. ‘Oh, that’s just great. And how many people are cursed? Three? Four?’ Midna said, trying to analyze the situation. Saria rolled her eyes awkwardly. ‘Probably everyone who drank water starting yesterday…’ she said. Midna’s jaw dropped. ‘It cursed the water?!’ The following minutes were spent on explaining each other’s stories, but soon it came to the present moment. ‘… and so, I wanted to go and find Princess Zelda, since she wields the Triforce of Wisdom,’ she said. ‘There’s a Princess Zelda here, too…’ Midna muttered thoughtfully, but Saria didn’t notice. ‘Well, that was a good plan. Let’s find Princess Zelda… and pray that she hasn’t been cursed yet. That could be a disaster, even if you have the Cure…’ Midna said at last. Saria was overjoyed to no longer be alone on her quest, although she felt a little awkward in her tight, revealing clothing next to the masculine young man that still reminded her of Link quite a lot. So, the three of them went into the Hyrule Castle Town. When I write these things, it's always very late after a working day, or when resting in the weekends... so feel free to arrest me, spelling/grammar police. Point me to any mistakes. |
