Offering free comics and stories as an apology, while appreciative from a consumer's viewpoint, doesn't seem good for the creators who worked on them, in my opinion.

Unless things have changed, the writers only get paid once. I'll find out if/when they contact me about my last story submission.

Typically, yeah. Unless you have a backend deal worked out where you get a % of sales instead. That's pretty unusual for online sub sites, though.

I've tried to get the complete "Spells R Us: Dream Girl" collection but I've not gotten the link. I've already sent an email to the customer service people but there's only an hour and a half left before the link closes. Not too happy with the service. Anybody know if there's any way to get my money back or if there's any other email addresses I can use to talk to someone about getting my item?

when launching anything that's new in the digital age always have bugs to be work out, and we know their sister site had the same problems. yet time and time again people rush off asap and then have problems with it. Has anyone thought maybe i should wait a bit, so is not to over load the site. every time they come out with a new comic it is always slow the first 2 days because of bugs and so many people trying to download it.

I'm sure if you expressed displeasure with the service, and asked for a refund, they should comply. For what it's worth, I've never had a problem with their customer service. Sure, the wait for a reply is annoying, but I tried to not be so impatient over $4.

I have to give the new lay out an "F". Its just like the GTS comics site and i hate that lay out too.
It has a lot of bells, whistles and shiny things to look at but is extremely un-user-friendly.
I re-uped my subscription with the old traditional service around the begining of december then they changed the lay out a few days later. After the change i couldnt log on they kept saying i had to sign-up. After that i contacted and they had decent response time, about a day. They kept trying to appease me giving me free things but not resolving the issue at hand. And these free things i could get the benefit from unless i could log-in.
I assume it was mixing up my BE story sign in with the one of the same name i used with their GTS site which i had canceled. I assume thats the case because i gave up trying to get it fixed just canceled my subscription and will not be using the service, which sucks since they hold the monopoly on those comics.

Another problem I have over this new system they dont really tell you how big the girls get.
In the last version at least I could pick and choose the stories I wanted by size now its just a gamble.

Very Disappointed.

Just an update.... it's still an issue. Even with monthly subscriptions. Wow. Fool me twice...
