I think, regardless of whetever or not the scene is supposed to be sexy, funny, or scary, there is one thing that should be taken into account.

The set-up.

Like any good story the opening is the most important thing.

I found that works with other types of tf as well (growth, tf, sw, etc.)

on the subject.. I think when themes are used or familiar chars. and with details fully coloured but then again so is the art were people at least try their best.

id say if the artist put some effort in it then it is great BE art..

I guess I prefer some sort of sense of reaction to the change. Not always smug, though, it can be shocked, upset, surprised, etc depending on the situation, but it's nice to see the person react to the change. Also a sign of the change is a big plus. It's rather crude to just have little then big without showing that change. Finally, realism. I'm not sure if anyone else agrees with me, but there is such a thing as "too big" for me. When the breasts get so large they either detract from the figure of the girl in question or just get to the point of sheer ridiculousness, that's where I draw the line.

Hm... IMO, good clean art is a nice thing to have, but not needed. As long as there isnt alot of roughness its okay. Also, as has been said, process and reaction are key. I prefer comedy in my BE process, not sex or anything dirty like that, because its really not needed and probably isnt the most likely thing to happen before, during, or after BE.

I also like other things to be happening, maybe butt or belly expansion, or even GTS.

What I think makes good BE is simple. People like it.

I know it sounds odd or perhaps a little off but I think what makes good Breast Expansion or any art works is peoples want to look at it and see it again. And I think that all of the composition comes into play on that. If the art is fractured or bland most people are only going to look at it once and give you perhaps a bit of kudos, while if it a complete composition r a solid piece of work you will have people that won't get tired of looking at it, and yes, maybe own a copy.

For BE I think, just like anything else, its not one thing. Its the packaging, wether it be black or what or color its not just about the boobs. Lets face it..if she has giant boobs that are bursting from clothing and her arm is located in a position it just can't be in, that is going to distract you just like having bad boobs would.

So I would say in the short form. Got to go for everything to make it good.

Personally I like it when there's more detail. Going from an A to a G cup in two pictures is a little dissapointing, but since I'm not an artist I shall not be picky.
