Yup it's a Melusine conversion. I'm unsure what Lenna gets corrupted into in the second story since I'm not really familiar with the older Final Fantasy games.

I think she has a spade tail to go with the horns, is that still considered to be a necromancer in that Final Fantasy setting?

The story unfortunately ends right when the actual change starts happening for the girl in this picture though I'm quite sure people can write their own version of what will happen to her now that Lenna has been corrupted.

Well, no, but I believe her Necomancer job does have horns, and I have seen other artist expand on that, making it so the dark powers well through them and turn them demonic. Other than that, there's no real demonesses of the horned and tailed variety in FFs(is that right? *uses his bestiary knowledge gathered from nearly all final fantasies he played* ... Yeah, it is... Odd).

Heh, I'd expect something like that from Hiro for some reason. The girl in question is Krile, but yeah she could definitely turn into another Melusine, though Calofisteri is also a option ^__^
