Some sort of... quirky demon girl successfully converts Cure Blossom and Cure Marine into... cuddly sex-happy Anti-Cures or something, much to the rage and jealousy of the other villains.

There aren't any wardrobe changes or anything, but it's kind of cute.

What, does Smile have one now at this point? I know you can interpret something like that for the last three seasons-

Curious about that myself. I don't know anything about the Smile series but there is a lot of corruption fan-art...I figured there must be something implied in the baddy's mechanisms. Even the first series had the girls MC'ed and fight each other at a point.

well, it's not over and it's not up to the episode 35ish plot twist, but I was referring more to the fanworks.
The Seiren, Eas, Y!PC5 movie, and Dark Cure plotlines in previous seasons just made it easier.

I just watched the first episode of Ga-Rei Zero and I think I'm going through another one of those "Does this technically count as corruption?" things.

I mean, the Metroid-brain-thing manipulated her to betray the team and shoot the director guy in the face before taking herself out, and she was all happy and bubbly about it...

Hmm...I can't say for sure. I have yet to watch Ga-Rei Zero in its entirety, but I bought the entire series after stumbling onto the second half via Netflix. GRZ is a prequel to the manga, Ga-Rei, and depending on your point of view, certain characters (like the one depicted above) go through an "evil conversion" of sorts, but I like the ending too much to spoil it for anyone right now.
