To offer a slightly different perspective here...

I like them just slightly larger than your average "big busted adult entertainer" I guess. I like them to be large enough that they effect the woman's daily activities. Not significantly, but enough so that it may be a little harder to reach certain things, or work at a counter, or sit at a table. And large enough so that anyone she is talking to is not going to be able to ignore them, no matter how hard they try.

So too big to run with, but not too big to walk with, I guess. Using that website someone linked, I guess... From looking at the pictures, "O" or "Q".

Depends on what the context is for me. Basically, are we talking in Hentai or real life?
When it comes to Hentai, I think there's hardly a limit. Maybe when they get so big you don't even notice the girl. In real life, I'd go for something slightly more realistic. This is about what I have in mind:

Real Life Depends on the girl:

Large B/Small C looks good on most small frame girls.
However, the larger frame, the bigger the boobs need to be otherwise she doesn't look right.
Girls with a large frame and heavy set with small boobs ... I have seen them, just look wrong.
And small frame girls with large breasts look like they are easy to push over.

Fiction:
There is no limit ... duh!

Hmmm... I'd say around head sized for me. I like them big, but not too big to deal with, and soft, but not so soft they sag too much.
