I dont know if you can call a reduced # of panels being stingy, it's a growth sequence, progressively larger panels makes sense and seem pretty typical of the genre.

I'd rather have a 6 page sequence with large panels than a 4 page with smaller ones.

Anyways, it's $2. You can't go wrong.

Yeah, $2 isn't exactly breaking the bank.

Just don't give any money to the homeless. That way, we all win.

What do they need money for? As far as they know, they're gonna strike it rich!

There's a little place named "The Kirk Hotel" across the street from where I live. It's right over a bar. It's full of crack heads. And there's a parking lot nearby too that I have to walk through to get to the garage. Oh, and the downtown bus-hub is at the other end of the block. I've established a policy. When the bum tells me a story I've never heard, I'll give him a couple bucks.

I stopped paying out after about a week. The "pampers and soy milk for my daughter" story seems to be popular.

OK I know this is digging it up from the grave, but it seems better to post my question here rather than post it in a new thread.

$2 may be no big deal but I'd have to go through the trouble of setting up a PayPal account and trying to get my checking account to cooperate. So before I do so, I'm wondering, can anyone tell me how big she gets by the end of the series? Lots of people have attested to the quality of the series, but I'd like to know if this will actually appeal to me at all before I buy it and I don't think anyone's mentioned it yet.

Thanks in advance.

If you must know...

She does get somewhat larger than your average pirate galleon.

And there's a reason I made that comparison.

I would imagine that the surprise would be fine for everyone if this were free. But when money enters into it, I can understand some people wanting to know specifics. If I were getting a car for free, I wouldn't really care to ask questions about it. Because, you know, FREE CAR! But if I'm buying a new car, I'm going to want to know everything I possibly can about it before I lay down my cash.

Isnt that like saying you need to know how a movie ends before you pay for the ticket?
