You are right, but I wonder if they didn't think about recycling the BH animatronics... I mean, they have spent lots of money for those nice robotic devices, so why don't they try to be creative about it? Once the series finished those expensive-hand-crafted machines are going to stay covered with dust in some forgotten store.

For the most part Being UK uses one guy in a suit for the completed werewolf, not matter if the completed wolf was George or Nina for a bit more soul destroying, and does the TF sequences in reverse, basically removing pieces of the make-up stage by stage until they actors/actress is human, very little animatronics or CGI at all.

About what I expected, well enough acted. I came away reasonably satisfied despite the off-screen nature of it all.

Then have a look at the "makeof" videos form previous seasons, and after that you tell me that they didn't use them. But I understand that many of the FX work in many movies/series end up cut off from the final version, so sometimes it is hard to appreciate it.

How does "very little animatronics or CGI at all" equal they didn't make use of them? Never said that, but apart from muzzle and feet extending, all the rest we see is make-up

According to Wikipedia we have a Nora who Josh (aka George) is dating so seems likely.

Sooo, I don't know if anyone else watched the season finale, but we officially have a female werewolf. I thought for a minute that she was going to turn during the finale, but she definitely will next season. My only worry now is the quality and whether we'll actually see the change. They skipped the scene where he changed in the apartment in the original, but there was another scene later on that I don't remember from the British version. And while they don't stack up to the original, I actually thought the TFs were pretty good. Hopefully they'll get better now that they have a second season.
