Well it's been long enough that the moratorium on spoilers is over. Hunter: The Parenting has a pretty kickass werewolf transformation scene:

Here's a trailer for Wolf Moon Rising - a low budget gory werewolf movie... in space!

Anyway, there's a brief clip of a female werewolf TF at 0:26.

Looks like an absolute mess of B-horror fun. I'm in. Doing some research, it looks like it's done by the same guy who did Bonehill Rd. And the same actress who had a TF scene in that one may well have one in this film.

Also, it doesn't look like the news made it over here, so here is another upcoming film, called "First Moon". A woman gets kidnapped by a religious cult seeking to "cure" her of a "virus", which happens to be lycanthropy. She's subjected to a litany of torturous methods, before escaping, and from the looks of things, undergoing her first transformation.

Movie is set to come out on streaming May 6, which isn't too long from now. I'll definitely try to get a copy of it.

Re: Female Werewolf needles in a haystack

So I managed to watch First Moon over the weekend. The transformation is in stages. First is hands, teeth as the woman goes through hunting down her kidnappers before the main transformation starts. What you get there is pretty basic, a lot of sound effects, back bulging, shirt ripping. The final design of the completed werewolf is not my cup of tea at all. It looks like one of those hairless sphinx cats.

But the movie itself I found to be actually really decent. The story was well paced and the acting isn't terrible. I would suggest it for anybody that likes the horror genre.

Yeah, it was not half bad. I remember that there was another werewolf movie (the eleventh hour) where the female werewolf was also hairless. In both cases, the biggest problem for me has been that there was very little process. Fangs and claws are not an issue to make them "grow" on screen...

Was too short. That 5min build up just to jump cut to the half-baked end wolf hurt me. Wish they added a good extra 45secs to it and completed everything.
Cover of darkness is a cheat too.
Could've been soo goo!

Werewolf Enid was near to nothing in terms of TF stuff: too fast (and no furious), half of it offscreen and for the cherry on the top, a werewolf design everything but scary.

We getting rolled with everything .
I think the last pleasant surprise was that Mazy Day werewolf tf that came out of nowhere. Everything we keep tabs on ends up sucking golfball in a hose.

Enid is basically a golden retriever given human form, so not being scary werewolf works for me.
