Spider Girl Archer

Hey guys!

Just wanted to share this pic of a character of mine from an upcoming tabletop RPG. It's set in low tech world where people are slowly transforming into beastmen. I thought the transformation aficionados here might enjoy it.

Re: Spider Girl Archer

Nice! By upcoming RPG, do you mean a new RPG getting published, or something else?

Re: Spider Girl Archer

It's getting worked on by a game designer I know. The general idea is that a long time ago an apocalyptic event destroyed much of the human race and the remnants of our technology. But it's been a long time since then and we have rebuilt ourselves into large city nations that shelter us from the wilds and the wastes. One of the cities, called mending, has begun excavating ruins of the old world and humanity began recovering knowledge of more advanced technology. But then about 50 years ago in game time the first mutations started to appear and the more ruins that are excavated the more people seem to change. The general feeling of the game is a balance between figuring out what broke the world and what pride you'll pay for that knowledge.

The character art was commissioned by access since I love his art style and couldn't think of anyone better to draw someone with multiple limbs.

The RPG runs on a slightly more technical version of the fate system.
