TF Hypnosis Ever try it?
I have dabbled a bit and tend to get maybe mixed results at times.
Anyone else try hypnosis before? How's it work for you? |

I was told not to try it, not yet. Not with my current living situation. That being said, I doubt it would work for me. They say you have to believe you can be hypnotized and that you have to want to be hypnotized, but something tells me it just won't work for me...

I don't have enough empirical evidence to support that at this time. But TGHawk is correct. If you don't believe you can be hypnotized then you're not likely to get much results out of it. The other thing, like exercise you have to be committed and repeat the process.
