On a lark I went looking for this old cartoon on Youtube, as it was one of my earliest memories of... this stuff. Anyone remember this? With the magic hat? It's just poof-ing and kiddie fare, but what the Hell.
I'd say the best scene takes place in the third part of the episode, around five minutes in.
