Chaika The Coffin Princess
In episode 4 of the anime series Chaika The Coffin Princess a character called Fredrica joins the main characters. Fredrica is a dragon like creature called a dragoon that has the ability to shape shift. She initially appears as her deceased master and a cat than later changes her form to that of a young girl. She once shape shifts into one of the main characters.

I think before the series is over there are going to be more women transforming into chaika's. A girl named Vivi transform into a half chaika when she found out that her captain had been killed.
