Nah their writing is partially fine, it only feels like Blizzard is too afraid to close a story arc now because everything is a possibility to make a new game where players have to keep facing a greater evil.

Oh, and speaking of Blizz's evil conversions there's Sylvanas' transformation from elven general to banshee to queen bitch of the dead. Her sister's still trying to bring her back, but considering how she was trying to concoct a toxin that would turn the entire world into her own personal scourge I'd say she's pretty far gone.

Yeah this TF is called "being killed by a necromancer" and it used to be pretty common in 80s Pen and paper RPGs, it only became another of those things Blizzard will never get rid of for money's sake.

If you ask me I'd say money is the only thing causing Evil Conversions on modern video games.

I dunno... even with two rangers gone rubber insect and one about to reach that point, I have to wonder if Shiori will end up being some Deus ex Machina in one ending.

Don't get me wrong- I fully expect there to be a bad ending, if only as an alternate version to an intended good ending.

EDIT: Also wondering why an h-anime studio hasn't picked up the rights for an animation of this. Is it because it's still going?
