Dragon anthro commission

Hi there.

With all the rage with Dragon Age: Inquisition and other games of the sort, as well as a story I wish to write, I'm looking for someone to do a commission for me.

What I would like is for someone to take my OC, Xera, and transform her into an anthro dragon. However, there's a bit of a catch: I'm looking for a dragon that would fit in with the gems that she wears on forehead and chest.
