Okay, here's something both comedic and for the Evangelion fans:

Misato Katsuragi from Neon Genesis Evangelion - 2 Feet Tall - Shrunk -- Half-nude & wearing only an oversized tank-top -- Engaged in a furious (and losing) tug-of-war with the flipper(s) of her pet penguin Pen-Pen (also 2 feet tall) over a now giant can of Yebisu beer.

and in night ,Reisen and Eirin want to find they's princess,and found the 1 inch's mokou crush by 6inch KAGUYA ,and mokou struggle with her foot

If you think it's popular enough sure. Just remember there are dozens of submissions already, if you don't think people are going to know the character(s) well enough it might not be worth it. People are going to vote for characters and scenario's they really like.
