Okay!

After, far, FAR too long, the eighth chapter, "The Worst Night", is nearing completion. Normally I'd just post it, but I'm taking time out to warn you guys ahead of time: This is bad. It's probably the most genuinely sad thing I've ever written that's expansion-related.

But I promise you, this is the end of this particular story arc, and it'll never be this bad again. I had to bring Maddi this low so she could appreciate how much better the next chapters will be.

So, enjoy, if you can- just remember that it's all uphill from here.
