Oh yeah, I remember this episode.
Fran has an allergic reaction to something she eats, causing the rash in the first place. In an effort to get rid of the rash, she goes to a doctor who injects her with a treatment. Her bloating up here is an allergic reaction to that treatment. Done with a halfway decent fatsuit. No on-screen process, but the show's entertaining and Fran Dreisher isn't bad looking. |
