Looking for a story

Hi. I'm looking for a story which I thought was on the Diana the Valkyrie site, but I can't find it there. It had a title which was similar to "Jekyll and Hyde", and it was about a teenage genius called Hillary who created a way of turning herself into an amazon. At the end of the story, all the undeveloped kids in her high school became huge, and all the ones who were already tall and well developed became like the undeveloped ones used to be.

I guess it qualifies as a amazon story. If anybody knows anything about the story, including the author or title please tell me. Thanks.
