Just curious how this subforum is in terms of gender and preferences. I'm a straight guy myself, but I have a fetish for TF and TG. I visit Tfgamessite.com sometimes since I'm developing my own TF game, and the vibe I got there was that most of the people are actually men who like to fantasize about being women themselves. I'm wondering if theprocess is the same in terms of audience.

I'm the first one there, but I have noticed the same thing that you have that a lot of TG artists/writers/fans seem to want to be themselves.

I don't think the poll was particularly well-designed. It's only looking at the surface of the fetish, not the roots behind it. Maybe that wasn't your goal, though, so I'll leave it alone.

I just like the process of change! OHYEAH! M2F, especially, so I can look at some hawt girls in the end, but F2M too. Sometimes I fantasize about being a guy, though.

My goal was to see if there was still a large enough audience for non-player protagonist fetish games on this website, i.e. Final Fantasy versus Skyrim. In the former, you guide the characters and watch them as you would a movie. In the latter, you are the character, and the aim is to immerse yourself in that world. The vast majority of games on tfgamessite follow the player-protagonist model where the player is addressed as the character and goes through the changes.

As for authors/artists, TF artists almost always exclude themselves from the content, but I've noticed that for TG content, the artists like to change themselves or their avatar and trade/TG other artists.

I know the poll options aren't specific, but I would have drowned the poll in combination options or very obscure choices. People can always go ahead and post their own specific tastes.

The first seems to be my main choice, though honestly who hasn't wondered what it would be like to be the opposite sex for a bit. Though I really do love a good transformation to it and seeing the subject deal with the change.

None of the above for me. I find transitional states creepy, but love the idea of guys having their expectations of women turned back on them.

Mmm... id say more of the straight.

I've wondered what it would BE like, but im comfortable being myself. Doesnt stop me from really enjoying it. Much like headswaps, its just... a thing I like.
