Well if we're going to toss random ideas around then I'd suggest something involving fairies. I don't know how familiar you are with animating wings, but that should make it a bit more challenging in that regard. And since they're pretty vaguely defined magic-wise, you're left with the freedom to make whatever change you want, be it gender change, size change, or whatever.

Popular and everyone wants it, yes, but actually FINDING new material is rare.

I was more curious if I just missed the boat by a few years or something and that's why I couldn't find more. Cause I too want more more more.

Even though this probably been done in captions it would be cool animated
A father plans on transforming his son into a hot babe to make his wife jealous.
He does the spell but it doesn't kick in when he wants it to. The boy painfully transforms before his mothers eyes instead. The mother has to teach her "daughter" how to be a woman.
The mothers husband gets punished for what he did by being transformed himself into a stripper at nightclub with no control of "her" new love lust.
