Not just 'pretty much', that's exactly what it appears to be. Her whole dress was made of cotton candy and they melted it off her with water then played it backwards. You can see the water droplets moving upwards instead of down.

It's still cool though.

Any way to d/l or rip a video off DA? I've never actually seen an actual clip in a player there - just the SWFs, gifs, etc.
