I like it. Also reminds me of Saber Marionette J. I can't believe I didn't think of that anime earlier! It's a bout a world where there are no more women, jsut "marionettes"

There is also Saber Marionette Z. The series was created by Akahori Satoru, who seems to have worked with well known mangakas, I already posted some of his works, the manga's artwork for J is done by Kotoyoshi Yumisuke.

I remember a virus or something in a manga that I forget the title of that turns people into robots. Though a lack of process, and violent.

Interesting, but it would be more efficient to clone a robotic version and move the mind. It's still a transformation of sorts. I saw something like that once, I think it was in a game but I don't remember. Apart from Ghost in the shell.

Not really a tf but still a nice crossover. Ranma, Akane and Nabiki wake up 500 years in the future. Big Problem, all three of them are Marionettes without any rights.

Another thing worth mentioning if you like robot girls is the new battle angel alita mangas "Battle Angle Alita Last Order". not to mention its got two ......um bimbo? versions of alita and the only example of a female to male TF iv ever seen in a manga. one of the alita copys (actualy good suporting charters for copys) decides she would rather be a man. its kinda like watching a family of deranged robot sisters (and later brother)
