Quick question: do any of the Sailor Scouts have thigh high socks/leggings? (I realize that this isn't what the sequence is about, but I figured it'd be a good place to ask a one-off question.)

I don't think so, at least not in their Sailor Scout/Senshi uniform.

At lease Viz states they are leaving everything alone. So we get TG Starlights and Neptune and Uranus aren't cousins...

This is fantastic news! It'll be great to see the series uncut and with a new English dub - no more screechy "Serena"!

But nonetheless, I don't have the burning hatred of the DIC dub that a lot of people seem to have - I've still got some nostalglic feelings when it comes to that series; it's part of my childhood, just like the original Power Rangers and Pokémon, and hence I haven't cast it out and replaced it with the Japanese source material "just because".
