very nice! And yes she looks like a sexy female version of the marvel bad guy Sauron . its one of the Xmen older enemies ( originally a human Carl Lycos is a scientist that transforms into a dinosaur like winged reptile like this one).

Not fully sure about the name.

Btw does this artist have a DA or other page?
