It doesn't make a lot of sense though. If they're lesbians they clearly aren't after his "Johnson". But the implication is that if they bite him he'll become a lesbian zombie too, yet none of the zombie lesbians are wearing men's clothes to suggest they were converted from male to female. I declare shenanigans.

As someone who uses his imagination on a semi-professional level, I'm calling shenanigans on this too. Once you start citing zombie space lesbians (in women's clothing no less) as implied TG, then where do you stop? Any woman in any context can be implied TG.
It's what makes captions possible.
