Voltron Legendary Defender
In episode twelve of Voltron Legendary Defender (which is exclusive to Netflix) has Princess Allura revealing that she is an alien and capable of shapeshifting. She demonstrates by using her abilities and this includes growing in size. She only grows about a foot or so but she it makes her much taller than then team.

Yeah but I can't upload it. I have tried numerous times but each time it says that it failed to upload. I've checked and it is well within the limits stated but it just won't do it for some reason.

Episode 10 on the netflix list. "Collection and Extraction". I just saw it and was going to share.
SHe goes from a dainty standard female height to being head and shoulders over most of hte male cast. IT's quick, and not detailed, but she remains that size for hte rest of hte episode and has a few amazonian feats of strength too. IT's not a bad episode either. HEll I recommend hte entire series. IT's really well done, and leagues ahead of hte previous spinoffs and halfassed sequels. IT's different from the original show in lost of smaller ways, and some big ones, but keeps to the core character of hte cast, and gives them some added backstory.

I've seen the rest of the series and I did enjoy it. From how the series ended it looks like they want (or intend) to make more episodes and I think that there is a chance that we might see more tall Princess Allura. She demonstrated great physical strength at that height so it is not out of the question that she does something like that again if the situation calls for it.
