Black Butler: Ciel in Wonderland

Alice in Wonderland, which I always standby is one of the best concepts to sneak in Age progression/regression in anime and manga (which is why I wish they used this kind of story more)

Anyway, there was a Black Butler OVA a few years ago called Ciel in Wonderland, where the character ciel essentially goes through all the weirdness of wonderland in a 2 part OVA, much like episode 13 of Ouran High School Host Club, where a majority of the main and reoccurring characters play roles in the Wonderland story. Ciel meets with the equivalent of the caterpillar character and instead of eating from the two mushrooms, the mushrooms is personified by a woman with big breasts where sucking on one side makes you older, and the other side makes you younger.

You do see both results of this, the sad part is that it's pretty much just a poof transformation, but I do think it does have enough there to the imagination unlike some other poof AP/AR's.
