I didn't download the comics, but I think the Dog TF manga can be read here:

It appears to be from chapters 50 and 51 of the manga. There also appears to be a cat TF in the second chapter.

English scans of the manga are still in progress. The most recent scanlated chapter was 17. There is still a very long way to go until the dog TF chapter.

I guess that's sort of a TF. Nothing happens on screen though. A magic phone app makes everyone see her as a dog except for when that one guy looks at her through the phone camera he sees her as a naked girl pretending to be a dog until they complete some tasks I guess and she poofs back to being just the same naked girl he saw her as earlier.
