Just a suggestion.. only mall goths do the "I ruined my eyeliner by crying" effect. Can you do hot deathrock makeup or perhaps like Patricia Morrison's (ex-Sisters of Mercy, ex-The Damned)?

BTW Unseenunheard - you should really upload some of those earlier hypnopics collective pics that you linked from - into your DA gallery. The captioned ones are still really tight - even if you don't like them as much as your newer ones.

Got it. Yeah, the pics aren't so much Goth as they are pseudo-goth filtered through a behind-the-curve mainstream media and then filtered again through a culturally cluless guy in his late thirties (i.e. me). Also, I have to agree, it is definitely more female joker than goth. Ha! As far as deathrock makeup, I don't know. I have a feeling that it's not going to come out well, and the end result is going to look a little more transvestite-y than I'd want. But Patricia Morrison's make-up is definitely something I should be shooting for with these pics.

That's very kind of you to say, but there are a lot of really good artists on DA and I'll just keep what I have there and just work on some new stuff.
