Japanese TG movie

Most japanese TG movies are usually bodyswaps and this movie might be as well the only thing supporting that it is not is the word transformation appears on both the front and back of the DVD cover art. l've attached the cover art below if you anyone has any information on this movie other than the release date (10/23/08) please share.

身体が入れ替わる赤い糸 - The red thread that interchanges the body.

Rough translation, but seems more like another typical bodyswap than a transformation.

Breakout:
身体 - Body
入れ替わる - Interchange (Two kanji's are enter and change, my JP dictionary gives the word interchange, this one was new to me.)
赤い - Red
糸 - Thread

I'm still learning, but I know the sentence structure. Google translate says 'replaces' rather than interchange, but I trust my G3 dictionary a little more.

hmmm red thread? The first thing that comes to mind with that is that there is something in Eastern Asian cultures where the gods bind people destined to be soulmates with an invisible red string around their ankles.

Just some minorly related trivia for you guys.

Thats kind of amusing. We have a similar theory where I'm from, exept its a heavy iron ball and a triple thick chain that keeps getting shorter.

I can't really read it because it's all small and fuzzy. I need to be able to see it perfectly in order to read it well...
I can tell the girl is saying something about a "mysterious red thread", and then "I've become Nao-chan"
The blue text near the top left is something like "Ah! I've become a girl!"
The blue text near the bottom left I think says "It feels this good for a girl"
If someone could find a higher resolution, I could probably read the rest.
