There is a condition where people can get superfluous nipples, but I sincerely doubt that a full blown extra breast works that way. I think that's weird enough that an actual scientific magazine or something would have mentioned something about it.

It's not possible that the breast be in the middle. There's a pair of lines sometimes called the "nipple lines" in mammals that go down the underside of the torso from the neck to the genitals. They are two lines you can "follow" from where human nipples are down through pig/dog teats are located to where cow/goat udders are. They are usually in pairs and always along these two lines down the body. Anyone with extra nipples will have them along these two lines.

Nice find though.

The skin tone is off to much to be a real one. Im a special effects student from Rochester Tec and work with latex prosthetics all the time, sorry but this one issnt real. Well done though
