I'm not gunna get to far into the weeds here but if you pay a company(cluedog) to draw a logo(drawing) for your company(me). You have the idea, you pay him for his skill,time,materials ect.. That company still own the artwork? How? If it's a company who's sole purpose is to design/draw logos for the customer, how do they still OWN the artwork?
