In "ARSA continuous story", a man called the Dreamweaver lets people in to a special room where they change according to conscious or subconscious desires. Mostly it makes them younger, since the story was posted on the AR archive.

However, in part 13 Jennifer instead wishes to become more beautiful. She's pleased at first, but soon it becomes apparent that she's received more beauty than she can handle...

Another AR-centered story, where a 33-yearold overweight woman drinks a bottle of special water that turns her into a well-built and gorgeous 21-yearold.

Also, if you log in to www.cyoc.net there's a short story called "The competitive Edge", about a magic ring that turns a middle-aged career woman into a young supermodel.

I remember a story at BEarchive.com that I can't find anymore (maybe not for free anymore), "The Tyke and Mrs. Peters". It's about an old housewife who makes a deal to steal a year of youth from whomever she gives a blow job. After a while she alters the deal so she will get more beautiful in addition to younger.
