There is off-screen catgirl TF in the third episode of the anime starting about 5:30; I don't remember this in the manga but due to the lenght of the chapters it isn't hard to miss.

It's a ecchi series, so it's likely to have fan service. Note that both in the anime and the manga most of the characters are females, there isn't a hero or a pretty face guy, this sort of parodied in the fourth chapter of the new manga where Etorofu feels attracted to a nice looking boy, but to her misfortune the story ends turning yaoi.

Everything I hate about anime happens in the first two minutes of that episode.

Don't mean to be a bring-down, but that is one poorly constructed and viciously obnoxious piece of fluff. But I suppose that's what flies in Japan..
