Redid the resizing for Route A, look at the plaid pajamas if you want to see the difference. The picture in the OP is from Route B and Route HappyEnd was just released today.

Trans Panic
Route A: Hikaru is being harassed again by a couple of boys who are picking on his girlish looks. His friend, Ryou, saves him again because it's a knight's duty to protect the 'princess'. Frustrated with being treated like a girl, Hikaru goes home only to be followed by a demon who changes him into a real girl as he sleeps. You see, Saki the Succubus needs 'Maiden's Blood' and there aren't as many virgin girls as there used to be. So she comes up with a plan, change boys into girls and force them to have sex!

Route B: Saki notices one of Hikaru's classmates, Akira, beating up the leader of the school gang. She hasn't eaten for a while and is hungry, so she decides that Akira will be her next meal.

Route HappyEnd: Saki is captured by a mysterious hooded group. Hikaru and Akira are called out and have to rescue Saki if they want to turn back into guys...that's if they want.
