Saints Row 3 isn't the best game for machinima but I still managed to make it work for me.

There is actually a side mission in 4 where your character has to deal with a virus in the simulation they are stuck in. The virus is turning various people into sex workers, and each time you purge it your clothes change making them look like well a sex worker.

Not a huge change, but it was a fun little transformation.
