I have them enabled. VIP captions blog works just fine and its the same blog site.

I dunno, it's rendering each pic as I scroll by - different than VIP and most blogger pages.

I have no idea how to troubleshoot the site really, because it's all hosted by blogger... But I can try to look into it if you're still having trouble.
