I could barely understand what was being said. Something about The Little Mermaid wanting muscles to join the army, then she turned into a dragon, something about the world's only dragon atomizer-thingy being destroyed, and at that point I clocked out.

...and the legal status of the materials produced by this factory is absolutely critical to whether they can be used to produce new and different things without artificial risk.
So I'll ask again: is this a "do as thou wilt" project which ultimately vests liability with the founder, a "disclaimer of all liabilities" project which leaves content creators in murky territory, or a well-founded cooperative of individuals with a proper licence (MIT, GPL, CC/CC-BY, etc.)?
