Hmm... I'm trying to remember a story where a husband and wife are living together. The husband likes to dress up and pretend to be a woman and the wife is in on it and likes to roleplay. One day they are given a gift and the husband is turned into a woman and the woman gains the ability to grow a penis to have sex with the husband turned woman.
