Seems to be by a chinese artist named 冰摩卡 (lit: Iced Mocha), and the name of the doujin is 性转换特别篇《REVERSAL》.

You can definitely tell that's Chinese, from the lack of non-kanji characters.
It looks somewhat interesting, although I hope it doesn't turn into another excuse to show depictions of sex. That's just my personal preference, though. |

ech I'm not crazy about tg in anime (or the chinese equivalent, whatever) because they always just have the character wake up as girls. No or very little process XP

It's also weird that the guy who gets TG'd during his sleep, even in fap material, almost always wears pajamas or something to that effect.
