Sure, but literally only possible if nothing happens in Z to contradict it. I mean, we
actually have to wait for Super to be over to "confirm" that for reals. Kid Buu's reincarnation still has to grow up to become that kid Uub, and nothing from the current arc can spill over and every character in it has to take a hike or not be relevant enough to be in the ending scene, and everyone has to agree to never use any of the advanced transformations they've learned since Super began ever again.
