Need help identifying a clip

I found this clip years ago. Can't remember where I found it. Not sure about the whole context, but basically a homeless person drinks something she probably found in a dumpster, does the standard 'I've been poisoned' routine, and her breasts hulk out of her shirt. The clip ends with a full shot of her admiring the new assets while her pants have fallen off for some reason. It has potential for TG, but the main focus is BE. The actress in question may be Kitten Natividad, but I could be mistaken. If anyone has any information on where this clip comes from I would be most appreciative.
