Japanese Fake ID TG Comic

I just saw this neat TG comic where, as far as I can tell, a guy buys some sort of fake ID card using a high school girl's picture, and then turns into that girl. There's some minor male nudity at the end, and it may or may not actually be finished. Of course, if anyone who can read Japanese could give me a better idea of what's going on, I'd be grateful.

That's a set of samples for a dojinshi in production, so you can't expect to see the whole story on a linked website. It will be available on DLsite before long.
Anyway the story is like this: a man come accross a website that gives away personal information and let him search for persons in his interest. He finds his favorite girl soon enough and click on the button "Get her personal information."
After that, he suspects the service is actually a virus and decides to ask a friend of his, Toshiaki, who is good at computers, for help.
A day later ID card of a said girl somehow gets to him. The card is actually a student card but the address printed on it is his. Feeling quite anxious, he had Toshiaki examine the legality of the card, but there seems to be no problem.
Toshiaki suddenly started questioning about the characteristics of the main character, magically changing the body to fit the intention of the questioner with the card's power.
So the main character now unintentionally gave control of his own body and mine away to Toshiaki, and is forced to do this and that.

Sorry for awkward English, hope you get the meaning.

Eh i know this is dragging up an old thread but i was wondering if anybody knew where you could get it translated. I don't really read japanese lol. I saw it free a while back and liked it so id like to buy it out right translated.

Totally don't mind an old thread being bumped, I missed this the first time. Not so big on the heavy amounts of porn but the process is pretty damn good.
