It worked fine for me, but that seems to be a probloem with DeviantArt lately. Try it again.

DA's experiencing a lot of glitches lately due to the recent upgrade. That particular one appears to be fixed.

Try using Opera. Scrolling your mouse wheel down scrolls down. And so does scrolling up. Unless they've fixed it again.
