Human Paralysis, the Human doll

Just saw an implementation of this process in the latest chapter of the manga "Pantser Princess" which is run in Megami magazine(japanese magazine about the latest ecchi/bishoujo anime and games which is released monthly)

First a small summary of the series:
Just picture medieval times and an RPG setting with a party of cute girls.

Now thats done.
Ok the chapter has our party entering a dark castle where they`re attacked by ghosts(Face of scream pasted on casper the friendly ghost) they enter the bodies of the girls and the girls collapse and fall unconsious.

They wake up and find themselves lying on wooden beds just small enough to cover their backs and they cannot move their bodies with the exception of their heads.
The one in charge(a woman) of ghosts appears and does a little speech and then begins to lift the leg of the famale protaginist of the party and then begins to fondle her breasts with the rest of the party not being able to do anything but simply watch.
Reinforcements arrive but the woman who controls the ghosts has her minions distract them while having a pedo-bear expression on her face with the paralysed party have frightend expressions on their faces.

This is the 12th chapter of panster princess and it was run in the December issue 2009 of Megami magazine.

I remember there was a scene in J.C.Staffs Ikki tousen anime with a similar scene:
