What hate? All I've seen so far is one person call it turdlike. The rest have been talking about wanting captions for the speaking parts.

Yeah, I do enjoy his art, I just don't like his voicework. Whenever he posts something that doesn't have audio, I watch the fuck out of it.

I didn't call the work a turd (even though I don't like it).

I just said its not exempt from criticism just because its 'free art'.

that's got to be an interesting experience... anyway I have to agree, the voice acting is a little... "off." though the art style is nice enough, the animation is smooth, and the "plot" is (imo) well done.

I have been having a problem with "stealing from sis" where clicking on a part in the menu brings me to some random other part anyone else having similar trouble?

Add me to the subtitle train. Just comes off over cheesy. If he's going through all the trouble to record and sync that, subtitles shouldn't be too hard either.

I must agree that subtitles would be much appreciated. Nothing wrong with voice work, but not everyone has functioning ears or a functioning set of speakers. Compared to the animations and getting the people to do the speaking roles, actually putting in subtitles shouldn't be a major issue.
