Upcoming Werewolf Find: She-Wolf of the Woods

Apparently, it's currently being shown at certain horror film festivals. It's a self-described "short horror comedy that takes a look at the ritualistic aspects of a female werewolf as she goes about her day-to-day business in a small Scottish village." I have no idea if it will be made available to the general public in any way, but I think it looks pretty promising.

By the trailer and the budget, I assume that the TF itself would play a minor role there... I hope I am mistaken, really, because the girl is gorgeous.

Guys, I saw the short film, but I'm sorry to disappoint you, there is no transformation. I've been to the Horror Film Festival. Sorry if I did not answer right away, but I was away on business. The she-wolf is not the dark-haired girl that you see in the trailer, but a blonde Scottish woman. There is a bit of make-up (done badly, in my opinion, there is a point where you see that is detached from her face), but no further.

Seems to happen a lot. You guys hear about something, make it out to be the next great thing and then are crestfallen when it's just a quick cut or not as good a makeup/CGI as you wanted. It's not your fault at all. Bringing potential new material to the community is a good thing. It just seems to be a common pattern around here, especially where werewolf part of the community is concerned.

This one was kind of obvious. There was nothing remotely wolf-like in the trailer, and that's where they put all the good/cool/expensive parts.

I didn't sell it to be the next great thing. The best I said for it was "it looks pretty promising." Seeing as it had the busty female lead topless in the woods, I'd say if anything I was conservative.

A bit pedantic I suppose but I don't think anyone's making a big deal of this one.

Hi guys,

Saw the film at the B Movie Celebration Fest and there is a transformation. Sure, I think the budget probably restricted how much these guys could do, but there is definitely a scene that addresses the transformation.

And what ever happened to no spoilers rule dude?

Both actresses are super hot.

I hear this short might be playing alongside the new Argentinian feature, Mujer Lobo, or She-Wolf, at some point in the future...
