AR in manga Shyo Shyo Rika

Hye guys, like the title states, I just found female AR in the manga Shyo Shyo Rika, specifically near the very end of the manga.

Since I found out about the AR on Wikipedia by browsing for a few terms and can't understand Japanese, I have absolutely no freaking idea about the context, but a villainous (I think) schoolgirl tries to attack another female character. A guy intervenes, his hand starts glowing, and the schoolgirl suddenly transforms into a baby. She doesn't turn back at the end; instead the good guys watch over her to raise her anew.

Sadly, there's no process, and the AR is sort of "blink-and-you-miss-it" as the girl simply screams, her empty clothes flutter to the ground, and the other girl picks up the baby; the aftermath is only properly shown later, when yet another female character is shown holding her as a baby.

I'm sorry for being so vague, but I can't understand a lick of Japanese, so the only context I can gather is from the images and a poorly Google-translated Wikipedia article. ^^" I'll provide a link to it, in case anyone gives enough of a crap to translate it:
